Couple cards

Here are a couple cards you could make on Tuesday if you come to my Easter Workshop!
It is hard to see, but they both have fun glitter on them.
I will have about 6 card options some Easter, some not.
The cost is as follows:
Milk Carton treat boxes----$1.50 each or 9 for $12
Bunny Bags----50 cents each
Carrot treat holder----$1.00 each
Cards----$2.00 each or 7 for $12.00

Scroll down to see the pictures of the projects.

Please RSVP by Sunday night so I can prepare.
If you know what you would like to make,
let me know and I can pre cut these kits to save us both time that night.
I could deliver kits in town if you aren't able to make it.

Looking forward to a fun night!

Hello all,
due to a scheduling conflict I am rescheduling my Easter event for
next Tuesday, March 30th from 5-9
at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lisbon
in the Fireside room.

I will also be posting some cards that will be available to make
for those who aren't interested in Easter items,
but who still want a fun night out!

Hope you had a great day!

Easter Fun

Hello everyone!! Where does the time go.....it has been forever!!
Here are the latest projects I have been working on.
I just love my new Big Shot die, the Mini Milk Carton.
It makes the sweetest little treat cartons that stand 4 inches tall. Any taller and you'd go broke filling the little suckers with candy!!
I had so much fun making these little guys and am excited to have the kids help make teacher gifts.

This little bunny bag turned out so cute and could be filled with any colorful candy.
Lay the milk carton on its side and viola, a little bunny.
And where there are bunnies there must be a carrot! This uses yet another Big Shot die, the scallop circle. I plan to find some suckers to stick in the carrot or maybe fill a baggie with jelly beans.
I am so looking forward to Easter and want to decorate for spring big time!!!
This dreary weather is for the worms.

My plan is to have an Easter workshop next Tuesday March 23.
So save the date and more details to come.
Thanks for stopping!

Success!

My little 'baby' Joshy attended his first wrestling tournament a couple weeks ago in Valley City.
He got pinned so fast he looked at me and smiled and asked "Why did that kid win?"
I answered "Because you got on your back and didn't try to move". "Oh" was his simple answer. Needless to say his first 3 matches were pretty quick....
His last one, however, lasted the whole 3 periods and Josh rolled around with his opponent scoring point after point. His big brother Ben was offering his coaching advice mat-side, well maybe he was busy taking pictures. He loves being behind the camera.
The final score was 26-16.
When the match was over and Josh realized he had won he threw up his hands and jumped up and down giving me a big grin and 2 thumbs up while I was taping from the stands.
It was AWESOME!!!!!
He got his first ever trophy and is so proud of it.
As we left the gym I visited with some friends for a minute to find Josh showing the entire bottom row his trophy.
It was a VERY long day, but that made it worth it.
The big day made for a very sleepy Joshy on the way home.
Big brother Ben also had a successful day winning 2 of 4 matches. They were very tough matches and he worked his butt off. I would show off his trophy too, but he wouldn't let me get a picture without it in front of his face!!
I think I can get used to being a Wrestling Mom.
